Njideka Adaku Umeh

Ms. Njideka Adaku Umeh is an Engineering Performance Manager at T-Mobile, analyzing end to end performance data to provide actionable insights to the network. She is a result driven technology professional with expertise in innovative and emerging technology. She earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic from Federal University of Technology, Nigeria and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Tech (formerly UMR). She is also a graduate of Sprint’s Next Leaders Program. She joined Sprint as an intern and was in the new college hire rotational program and has worked in several roles in Engineering, Access and Network until the merger with T-Mobile. She served as the Vice president of the Diamond Network, Sprint’s African diaspora employee affinity group. The Diamond Network supports Sprint’s vision of being a great place to work through strategic partnerships to attract and retain talent, assist in employee development and community involvement. Outside of work, Adaku volunteers in the community and is continually seeking opportunities to serve in the community. She has served on the board of Mattie Rhodes Center, Kansas City Missouri, currently serves on the vestry board of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Overland Park, Kansas.
